How do I customize my account?

Event FAQs

Calendar invitations

Calendar invitation is sent to all participants. It will be updated with Zoom and panellist links nearer the date
of the event.

Meet and greet for the team who will be inviting your community – 45 minutes to 1 hour

The purpose of this meeting is for all on your team to meet with us to learn more about the event, why the event will greatly support your community and how to position the invite.

 

What happens in the run up to the event?

The BBG marketing team will produce the invitation prior to the Meet and Greet event so that you have time to approve it and provide input if needed. Once the invitation is approved, we will complete the registration
process. We use Eventbrite for all events.

At the end of the Meet and Greet meeting, you will be sent a marketing pack which will include an event flyer, an emailable invitation and some social media imagery for advertising if required. Included is suggestions of timeframes for sending invitations to assist you with the promotion.

On a daily basis, we will advise of the registrations to date. This allows you to see how much progress has
been made and we can also see if we need to provide follow up material to increase the registrations.

24 hours prior to the event

Everyone on your team will be provided with panellist links for the event and as this is your event we request that one of your team introduce Stefan to the community together with the reasons why you are offering this
as a value add to your community – I’ll provide you with a bio to assist with this and can help with an introduction if needed.

BBG will send reminders from Eventbrite to all registrations. These are sent within 1 hour of the start time.
We also send SMS reminders to all registrations.

At the event

We open the webinar in testing phase 30 minutes prior to the event starting and make sure that everyone is up to speed with what is needed, test the presentation etc before opening the doors for the event. The BBG
marketing team are behind the scenes fielding questions and making sure that these are answered throughout the event.

All special offers etc are posted via the webinar chat to the attendees by the BBG marketing team.

Post Event

Within 1 hour of the event ending a thank you email is sent to all attendees from BBG together with links to any special offers from the event.

Within 48 hours a summary video is provided to all who were unable to attend. A final registrations and attendee list is sent to you for your records.
