She has worked in Europe and Australia and has experienced both the challenges and joys that can come with running your own business and understands the discipline required to hold yourself accountable and to do what it takes.
Sarah is our expert in one on one accountability, comprehension and coaching support and is our resident DiSC profiling specialist.

Bridget has been a professional business coach since 2007 and has owned three businesses in two different countries over the past 23 years. Her core values of Integrity, Trust, and a craving for ongoing learning align perfectly with the Business Benchmark Group.
She is passionate about helping business owners succeed and thrives on seeing the impact this has on the owners’ business and family lives.

She loves the community spirit of living in her regional town of Yass, NSW. She enjoys playing at Irish music sessions, running with friends, and eating and drinking good food and wine. She is a big Irish rugby supporter.
