Gaining and maintaining the multi-million dollar status of the business was important.
Many things contribute to the success of a business. At its core, the development of the leaders of the business, in self-confidence, in self-belief and in knowing their ‘WHY?’ means that leaders can make positive changes and take a chance on trying new things and growing.
Discovering her ‘WHY?’ meant that Danielle has a compelling reason to do the work that she had committed to in the business.
With the growth in self-understanding, Danielle was able to achieve positive sales outcomes. Her networking improved and sales results grew as well. Marketing efforts became more targeted and financially viable.

The Cartridge Family realised that in a competitive market they needed to define their USP.
Danielle implemented four customer delight systems that have resulted in many years’ loyalty from our customers. From the transactional delight system, a lolly frog that is shipped with every order, to what Danielle calls an annual delight system, a birthday gift that goes to the top 800 or so customers every year on their birthday, Danielle created her point of difference.
The Cartridge Family also have a random delight system and a ‘sorry’ system too. These have set the business apart from the competition.

Initially, simply understanding critical numbers and the importance of knowing them as a sales and marketer had a massive influence over the way that Danielle performed her duties and reported on the state of the customer list that she was responsible for.
This clarity meant that a way forward could clearly be identified and tracked. Having a space to talk about the ‘family business’ and communication issues meant that not every discussion ended in a communication breakdown.
