One-on-one Mentoring suits those business owners and entrepreneurs who are committed to long term sustainable growth of their business.
Having access to a private advisor that will help you to understand your business objectives and destination is your key to financial freedom. We will advise, counsel, set strategic direction, monitor execution and progress and hold you accountable to your goals.
We do this by reviewing monthly /quarterly financial statements, your annual plan and identifying gaps in your skills and knowledge and increase clarity about what you want whilst providing feedback on both opportunities and the risks.
We help you build on your existing successes to transform your business in the next 12 months and every 12 months thereafter.
Who is it for?
One-on-One Mentoring is for business owners, entrepreneurs and their leadership teams who require private and customised One-on-One advice and guidance.
Typically focussed on businesses that operate in the $10M plus per year range, have a minimum of 5 years in business and are in the third phase of growth needing a private and customised program and advisor to work with the key stakeholders and their leadership team.
