One of Stefan's clients for 5 years whilst managing a manufacturing business, Nikki has been coached through most of our programs. She understands our strategies and processes like no other team member. She also understands what having a trusted advisor can mean for a busy business owner.
Away from the office, people describe Nikki as the ‘go to person’ if you need help to shift a mountain or two! Nikki is a mother of two, a Defence Force wife and hibernates in her craft room.
With an extensive background in tier 1 retail management and the senior buyer for the world renown Japanese Department Store Daimaru for over 10 years, Terri manages the accounts department.
Terri is also a qualified and accredited tertiary level Professional Interpreter working with government agencies and has an extreme eye for detail and structure.
Described as strategic, ‘balanced’ with a non-negotiable congruence for actions and words, Terri combines her busy role as mother of two boys with a love of anything that has a ‘foodie’ aspect whether it be experimenting in the kitchen with menus and/or travelling and learning about culture and food.
Sarah is an enthusiastic and positive administrator and customer service professional, with many years spent looking after clients in various countries around the world. She now provides coach support for our clients here at Business Benchmark Group.
In the past, Sarah ran a property renovation business with her husband, in France, offering clients both a renovation service and care of all their associated French administration. She has experienced both the challenges and joys that can come with running your own business and understands the discipline required to hold yourself accountable and to do what it takes.
When not looking after clients, Sarah loves international travel, eating out as often as possible and is an advocate for adult literacy.
Rob is a design and marketing expert, with experience across a wide range of the marketing mix, from website design to running events.
Rob ran his own design and marketing business for a number of years prior to joining Business Benchmark Group. During this time, he worked mainly with small business owners from a wide variety of industries – so he knows first-hand many of the struggles small business owners face.
Outside of the office, Rob enjoys the great outdoors and has also developed a passion for creating content relating to politics and current affairs.
Tyson has numerous years’ experience working as an Accountant specialising in assisting small to medium sized businesses across a multitude of industries ranging from construction to hospitality and everything in between. He is currently completing his CA accreditation. He is passionate about the SME sector and its relevance within the economy. He is a huge advocate for business intelligence and ensuring business owners understand all the financial aspects of their business.
Dealing primarily with single owner and family owned businesses, Tyson has gained valuable insight and knowledge into the challenges and issues many small businesses face throughout the business life cycle. This existing experience makes Tyson a valuable team member within our strategic team and specifically within his role in leading the Business Analyst team.
When out of the office, Tyson enjoys the outdoors and is a passionate sports fisherman who has visited some extremely remote reef systems in countries such as New Caledonia, Oman and Papua New Guinea.
Gisella is the first point of contact for Business Benchmark Group and provides a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors in her role as our receptionist and office administrator.
Gisella provides comprehensive admin support across our entire business, and has been in similar roles for more than twenty years. Away from work she enjoys keeping fit with boxing and weight training. On the weekend, she enjoys spending time with her daughter - often involving shopping - and during the footy season she loves watching her talented son play football.
With a background in marketing, Jayme was previously freelancing, working with small businesses to achieve their digital marketing goals. Jayme now joins our marketing team at Business Benchmark Group after studying her Bachelor of Communications, majoring in public relations. Jayme has a strong passion for blog writing and creating content for online platforms.
Outside of the office, Jayme enjoys eating food at a range of Melbourne’s best restaurants, spending time with her family and friends, and spending hours creative writing.
John has worked with and for Hundreds of companies in the construction and related industries for a 20 year period across Australia and 5 other Countries. John is an enthusiastic and motivated sales and marketing specialist who has delivered and coordinated training programs across Australia.
John has worked, promoted and trained many of the Building Industry Associations member companies whilst selling and promoting numerous Local, State, National and international product suppliers. Performed duties to support hundreds of start-ups and market-ready building materials, products and services.
John has stayed slightly in front of relational, digital and traditional sales, much of which has been inspired by Stefan’s proven principles.
