With over 25 years of experience Stefan has earned a reputation as a leading business strategist for small business owners, many of whom he has coached to extreme profit growth and a greater quality of life.
Senior business strategist Damien has a great passion for working with people, Damien’s clients include trades people, manufacturing, professional services and retail. Damien fires on all cylinders when faced with challenges and works hard to ensure that all of his clients remain accountable to their dreams, plans and commitments.
A seasoned senior executive; business leader; consultant; and business coach, Geoff brings an inquiring mind and a wealth of experience to the team. He’s succeeded as a senior executive in manufacturing, banking and finance, heavy engineering, and in the Public Sector. He's thrived in family businesses, parent companies, subsidiaries; and takeovers and divestments.

We have built a team-culture based around tenacity and an attitude of ‘whatever it takes’. Personal best is the name of the game for our team, it’s not something that can be taught. We can’t coach this. Building a team of A graders who have tenacity isn’t easy but for us it is non-negotiable.
A culture to be 1% better every single day ensures that we stay ahead of the game. If we lose it’s got to hurt. But we are not failures, we have failed. There’s a difference because success is wrapped in failure. We learn from the failure and move on.
